Our Story

With several decades of combined telecom experience, we started our business offerings in 1998. As technology was constantly changing, we went through a few evolutions of our business until we found the right VoIP solution to offer our customers. That’s how we formed Radvox in 2014.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Sandy, Utah, with field reps in many states including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California, and Arizona. Radvox has everything your small business needs to run completely virtually - from cloud-based business phones (VoIP), to the latest business video desk phones, text, and work-from-home communication solutions.

You know your business, and we know phones. We can fully manage your entire phone system for you at no extra cost, essentially becoming an extension of your staff.  Or if you want to manage your own phone system, we will train you exactly how to do that via the easy-to-use Radvox user portal.  Either way, Radvox will always be there to help you when you need it.
